A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Spencer Cocktail, with apricot brandy, gin, orange juice, bitters, orange and cherry.
Ingredients:
3/4 oz apricot brandy
1 1/2 oz gin
1/4 tsp orange juice
1 dash bitters
1 twist orange peel
1 cherry
Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake brandy, gin, orange juice, and bitters with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of orange peel, top with the cherry, and serve.
