A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Snow Cap Columbian Monk, with vanilla ice cream, coffee and Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur.

Ingredients:
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
fill with strong coffee
2 1/2 oz Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour 2 1/2 oz. frangelico into a tall glass and fill with strong coffee. Top with a scoop of ice-cream.

Serve in a Collins Glass
