A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Scotch Flip, with Scotch whisky, egg, superfine sugar, light cream and nutmeg.
Ingredients:
2 oz Scotch whisky
1 egg
1 tsp superfine sugar
1/2 oz light cream
1/8 tsp grated nutmeg
Mixing instructions/directions/method:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Scotch, egg, sugar, and cream. Shake well. Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
Serve in a Whiskey Sour Glass
