A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Scotch Bird Flyer, with Scotch whisky, triple sec, light cream, powdered sugar and egg.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
1/2 oz triple sec
1 oz light cream
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a champagne flute, and serve.
