A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Rose de Mai Cocktail, with pineapple juice, raspberry syrup and cream.
Ingredients:
3 cl pineapple juice
1 – 2 tsp raspberry syrup
6 – 7 cl cream
Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Combine pineapple juice, raspberry fruit-syrup and cream with ice cubes in a shaker. Shake well, strain into a large cocktail glass, and serve.
