A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Prince Charles Coffee, with Drambuie® Scotch whisky, coffee, whipped cream and sugar.
Ingredients:
3/4 oz Drambuie® Scotch whisky
5 oz hot black coffee
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
1 tsp sugar
Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour drambuie and coffee into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, and sprinkle with chocolate.
Serve in a Irish Coffee Cup
