A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Preakness Cocktail, with whiskey, sweet vermouth, benedictine herbal liqueur, bitters and lemon.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz whiskey
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
1/2 tsp benedictine herbal liqueur
1 dash bitters
1 twist lemon peel

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
