Pistachio Rumba recipe

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Pistachio Rumba, with white rum and pistachio ice cream.

Ingredients:
2 oz white rum
3 tbsp pistachio ice cream

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Blend briefly in a wine goblet half-filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of lime and a cherry. Serve with short straws.
