Parisiana Punch recipe

Parisiana Punch, with Champagne, madeira, cognac, sugar and lemons.

Ingredients:
75 cl Champagne
30 cl madeira
12.5 cl cognac
1/2 cup sugar
2 lemons

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Add madeira, cognac, sugar and lemons (washed and halved) to a large jug. Mix until sugar dissolves, and chill for 2 – 3 hours. Add the champagne, and serve in wine glasses.

Serve in a White Wine Glass
