A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Malibu Zinger, with Malibu® coconut rum, peach schnapps, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, grenadine syrup and whipped cream.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
1 1/2 oz peach schnapps
4 oz pineapple juice
4 oz cranberry juice
1 tsp grenadine syrup
1 oz whipped cream
Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour Malibu rum and peach schnapps into a hurricane glass three-quarters filled with ice. Slide down 2 drops of grenadine to the bottom. Add equal parts of pineapple juice and cranberry juice, leaving a little room at the top. Add a dollop of whipped cream, and drizzle grenadine down it. Ask the recipient to stir in the whipped cream before trying.
Serve in a Hurricane Glass
