Kill the Cold Smoothie recipe

Kill the Cold Smoothie, with ginger, lemon and water.

Ingredients:
1 slice ginger
1 lemon
1 cup hot water

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Take a one-inch slice of ginger and juice one-quarter of a lemon, and add both to hot water. Add cardamom if desired.
