A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Irish Cream Liqueur #2, with eggs, evaporated milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, lemon juice, coffee, sugar and Irish whiskey.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 1/3 cups evaporated milk
1/2 tsp chocolate syrup
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/3 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp instant coffee
1/4 cup sugar
1 3/4 cups Irish whiskey
Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Place all ingredients in a blender, blend well. Bottle and let mellow in refrigerator at least one week befor serving. this has been found to be best after 1-2 weeks. Store in a refrigerator. Liqueur at room temperature by removing from refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving.
