Ingredients:
1 oz absinthe herbal liqueur
1 oz water
juice of 1 lemons
2 tsp egg white
1 dash Angostura® bitters

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake thoroughly with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass
