Fraises Fizz, with gin, strawberry liqueur, lemon juice, sugar syrup and soda water.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz gin
1 oz strawberry liqueur
2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp sugar syrup
soda water

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Combine the gin, strawberry liqueur, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass. Add soda water, and garnish with a strawberry and a twist of lemon peel.

Serve in a Highball Glass
