Frozen Irish Coffee, with Irish whiskey, coffee, vanilla ice cream and sugar.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
5 oz hot black coffee
1 tbsp vanilla ice cream
1 tsp sugar
Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake briefly in a highball glass with three-quarters of a glassful of crushed ice. Top with ice cream, and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Serve with straws.
