Galliano Hotshot #2, with Galliano® herbal liqueur, coffee and cream.

Ingredients:
2 cl Galliano® herbal liqueur
2 cl hot coffee
cream

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour galliano into a shot glass, float hot filter coffee over it and top with lightly thickened cream as to create three layers.

Serve in a Shot Glass
