Lizbuth, with light rum, amaretto almond liqueur, coconut cream, pineapple juice and half-and-half.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz coconut cream
1 oz pineapple juice
2 oz half-and-half

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the rum, amaretto, coconut cream, pineapple juice and half-and-half into a blender with 6 ice cubes. Blend well and pour into a collins glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Serve in a Collins Glass
