Nijinski Blini, with vodka, peaches, lemon juice, peach schnapps and Champagne.

Ingredients:
1 oz vodka
2 oz pureed peaches
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 splash peach schnapps
1 splash chilled Champagne

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour all ingredients over some crushed ice in a champagne flute. Stir gently, and serve.

Serve in a Champagne Flute
