A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Pendennis, with superfine sugar and bourbon whiskey.

Ingredients:
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
2 oz bourbon whiskey

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Dissolve the sugar in a few drops of water, in an old-fashioned glass. Almost fill the glass with crushed ice, add the bourbon and stir well. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
