A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Pineapple Cooler, with white wine, pineapple juice, carbonated water and powdered sugar.

Ingredients:
2 oz white wine
2 oz pineapple juice
carbonated water
1/2 tsp powdered sugar

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour white wine, pineapple juice, powdered sugar and two-ounces of carbonated water into a collins glass and stir. Add ice cubes, fill with carbonated water, and stir again. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and an orange spiral over the rim.

Serve in a Collins Glass
