Rosarita Highball recipe

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Rosarita Highball, with tequila, creme de cassis, lime juice and ginger ale.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz creme de cassis
1/4 oz fresh lime juice
4 oz ginger ale

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake the tequila, cassis and lime juice and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Fill with ginger ale, garnish with a slice of cucumber, and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass
