A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Rose of the Ritz, with Champagne, cognac, raspberry liqueur, lemon juice and raspberries.

Ingredients:
3 oz Champagne
1 oz cognac
1 oz raspberry liqueur
1 tsp lemon juice
15 raspberries

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Blend all ingredients (except champagne) well in a blender and pour into a wine glass. Add champagne, and serve.

Serve in a White Wine Glass
